Thank you for visiting my site. I hope it will evolve to become a guide to Mastering Complex Change. In addition, I hope my work will help others become more adept at managing complex change. ## Complex Change & The Quest Framework I developed a process for bringing about complex change in my consulting work. I based it on [[The Quest Framework]]. I've used the framework with my clients to great effect, and I hope others will draw on it. Many of my future documents will develop aspects of the Quest Framework. I also wrote [The Quest Effect](https://www.amazon.com/Quest-Effect-Mastering-Breakthrough-Organization/dp/0967545331) book, so I encourage you to pick it up if you don't want to wait for this site to fully evolve. ## How to Use This site is where I'll share my thoughts, notes, and articles. It's not chronological like a blog but a body of interconnected writings. These writings are in different [[How Article Maturity Works|stages of completion]]. That way I can share my most recent ideas, work in progress, and finished work. I can also incorporate your comments into my updated work. Exploration and discovery are the most effective approaches to mastering complex change. In that spirit, there is no single linear path through these materials. Instead, you can follow your path by using the links, contents lists, and interactive graphs to plot your course. So please start wherever you want to pursue your learning. If you get stuck, you can use the left sidebar. The sidebar holds my ideas about how to organize the materials. Some helpful navigation tools include: - Links and tables of contents will take you to relevant documents or topics - The interactive graph on the upper right will show you connected documents - The left sidebar organizes my documents using logic that makes sense to me - A table of contents of your current document is on the lower right (not all documents have a table of contents) - Of course, don't forget the back and forward arrows on your web browser

![[Digital Garden Seedling 01 small2.png]] [[How Article Maturity Works| What is This?]] LINKS TO OTHER ARTICLES [[Map of My Digital Garden]] [[Introducing Myself]] [[How Article Maturity Works]] [[About this Digital Garden]] [[Rethinking Organizational Transformation (part 1)]]
